Terms and Conditions of Sale @ baileys-blinds.co.uk

The following terms and conditions apply
:
i. Unfortunately
no refund will be given, due to incorrect measurements or descriptions
supplied by the customer.
ii.
All orders must be paid in full prior to the dispatch of the
product.
iii.
Should the fabric, chosen, be unavailable we will contact you
to allow you to amend your choice or request a full refund.
iv.
All blinds are usually be dispa
tched within 10 days of order.
v. All
blinds will be guaranteed for a period of 12 months against
manufacturing or material failure, subject to fare ware and
tear.
vi.
All data, which we collect, is stored in a secure data system
and will not be passed onto any other parties.
vii.
Any cancellations must be received, in writing, within 24 hours
of the order being placed. You must notify us by Email at baileys@btconnect.com
viii.
Receipt of goods
All goods sold by Baileys Blinds Limited are free from defect
and correspond to the order placed, in the event that this not
the case you are entitled to return the goods to us. Provided
that you first contact us via telephone, Email, or in writing
giving us all the details in which they are defective or do
not correspond to your order. Providing you have our agreement,
we will then arrange for collection of the goods and return
free of charge.
Goods arriving, via carrier, will require a signature confirming
delivery and must be inspected to ensure no damage has occurred
in transit. No claim on damaged goods can be accepted after
the carrier has departed.
